Automations

We use AI to take the repetitive, manual work off your team's plate — so they can focus on the work that actually moves your business forward.

03   Automations

Less Admin.
More Output.

Every business has tasks that consume hours every week — chasing approvals, moving data between systems, sending routine emails, generating reports, scheduling follow-ups. These tasks are necessary but not valuable. We automate them using AI, freeing your team to focus on the decisions and relationships that actually grow your business.

  • AI-driven automation of repetitive admin and operational tasks
  • Intelligent workflows that trigger the right action at the right time
  • Elimination of manual data entry and copy-paste processes
  • Automated reporting, alerts, and status updates
  • Process documentation so nothing lives only in someone's head
  • Ongoing monitoring and refinement as your processes evolve

Within Automations
Automation Type
Agentic Workflows

AI agents that carry a multi-step process end to end — qualifying a lead, chasing the follow-ups, producing the output — rather than automating one step and handing the rest back to a person.

Client Onboarding

Contract out, intake form back, folder created, welcome pack sent, kick-off booked. The whole first week triggered by a signature, so every client gets the version of you that you would give them on your best day.

Automation Type
Job & Status Notifications

Clients told where their job is before they think to ask, and the right member of staff alerted the moment something needs them. Attached to real stage changes rather than to someone remembering.

Automation Type
CRM Hygiene

Duplicates merged, fields normalised, stale leads surfaced and required data enforced at the point of entry — so the database your team works from stays one they believe.

Automation Type
Inbox Triage

Every message classified, prioritised and routed to whoever should handle it, with replies to the routine questions drafted and waiting for approval. Your team stops sorting mail and starts answering it.

Call & Meeting Transcription

Conversations transcribed, summarised into what was decided and promised, written to the right customer record, and turned into follow-up tasks with owners and dates attached.

Weekly & Monthly Digests

Pipeline, cashflow, jobs at risk and what has moved in your sector, compiled overnight and written as a briefing you read on a Monday morning rather than a dashboard you mean to open.

Content Repurposing

One piece of raw material turned into a blog post, a week of social and a newsletter section — each written for where it lands, all held for your approval, and feeding the SEO work.

What Owners Ask Before They Automate

The test is not whether a task could be automated — it is whether it is repetitive, rule-based, and happening often enough that the hours add up. We start by walking a week of your operation and marking every point where someone retypes information, chases something, or does the same thing they did on Tuesday. That list is usually longer than owners expect and the top three items usually account for most of the time. Microsoft's 2025 Work Trend Index, across 31,000 knowledge workers, put 57% of the working day into communicating — meetings, email and chat — against 43% spent actually producing anything. We would rather automate two things properly than fourteen things badly, and we will tell you which two.

Neither, in almost every case we take on. What gets automated is the admin around the work — the retyping, the chasing, the filing — not the judgement, the relationships or the craft. Teams generally end up doing more of what they were hired for rather than fewer hours. On software: most of the time the tools are fine and the joins between them are the problem, so we keep what works and build the layer in between. We replace a system only where it genuinely cannot do the job, because every replacement is a retraining cost you pay while still trying to run the business.

It will, eventually — a supplier changes an API, a form gains a field, someone renames a folder. The question is whether you find out from us or from an angry customer. Everything we build logs what it did, alerts us when a run fails rather than failing silently, and has a defined fallback so work queues for a person instead of disappearing. Silent failure is the genuine risk with automation, not dramatic failure, which is why monitoring is part of the build rather than an upsell. Our arrangement includes the check-ins to keep it running as your business changes around it.
